The following describes the terms and conditions that are agreed upon by all users of Science Gig's services.

This agreement lists the terms and conditions applicable to your use of services provided by Science Gig (www.sciencegig.com). Please do not use our services if you do not agree to the terms and conditions listed in this document.

Agreement and acceptance of all items listed in this document is required by users of the services offered by Science Gig. All conditions and terms mentioned, or referenced (specifically or loosely), here will be considered applicable.

Science Gig may change or add to this agreement at any time. Ammended items shall be effective immediately.

This site acts as a service provider to allow anyone to post and/or make available a resume or job opening. Since we are not involved in any monetary transactions, we cannot guarantee the quality or legality of any item advertised on this site. We also cannot guarantee the ability of any person using these services to comply by his or her word to complete an agreement or transaction.

You shall not break any applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, and regulations having to do with your use of our services; your bidding on, listing, purchase, solicitation of offers to purchase; and sale of services, products, and other related items.

You agree that you will secure against, indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

No legal partnership is created by agreement to these terms.

You agree that Science Gig reserves the right to deny use of services to any applicant. No explanation is required for denial or termination of an applicant's Science Gig membership.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL SCIENCE GIG BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OR PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE, EVEN IF Science Gig HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Science Gig is a subsidiary of Bemidji Web Designs.
